hi, is there any detailed topografy of the site available? not even an image file?
have you seen our updated brief that was supposed to have gone out to all designers? hopefully the below helps (has links to pics and sketchup design), if not please let us know.
Dear OAN/AMD competitors,
We thank you for your hard work and dedication to the developing
sustainable and openly accessible design solutions for developing
countries, and particularly for our project in rural Nepal.
We apologize that we have been rather delayed in providing you all
with more specifics about our project and the site. Following the
site visit of the AMD/OAN team three weeks ago, we have refined our
strategy and investigated more of the details.
Please now find a more detailed description of our strategy at:
http://www.nyayahealth.org/Library/OAN_AMD_Nyaya_Health_Telecomm_Center....
After reviewing this document, please feel free to email us with
additional questions or concerns. Please title your inquiry "AMD/OAN
Competition".
As we receive inquiries, we will be posting more FAQs at:
http://www.openarchitecturenetwork.org/challenge/asia/faq
Note that the original design brief is somewhat inconsistent with our
current plans. We will hopefully remove inconsistencies from the OAN
site shortly. For now, please follow our telecom strategy document as
it contains the most accurate, up-to-date information.
Note the following sites as well:

We deeply apologize for the delay and confusion we have caused.
Best,
