This is a low impact build, the building could be removed and all the sub-base. This is too fit in with UK planning rules on garden structures. However all my buildings are built as sustainable housing, as I believe we need to design so that those in need of sustainable housing, can follow our designs like a recipe. My aim out of all my projects is to get the powers, to understand that we can build our own sustainable housing locally, creating local employment and local communities, wherever we are in the world, using available natural resources. After all if joe or josephine average build their community they are part of it. This way we can lower service costs and maintenance, with the hope that this would largely stop the need for policing, this building is built to last, and has the ability to be relocated. Housing should not be a commodity, it should be a basic need fullfilled. This way we can get people away from un-sustainable work, and headed for sustainable employment. However this requires eco-settlement planning in conjunction with the occupiers. More photos soon!Ihave a potfolio of designs for 1,2 &3 bed options
