PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This project investigated a centralized plan that orients "fingers" towards the south from the "palm" of the interior space for passive solar gain. The design could be fit into a variety of landscapes and for this project would be adapted to a residential development of ten lots. The central space would offer the residents to grow their own food year round in a greenhouse that would act as a filter for the indoor air and regulate a comfortable level of humidity during winter months.
