FEASABILITY AND COSTS
Before a realistic cost structure can be accessed the following questions must be asked.
1) What is the building to be used for?
2) Which of the above materials are most readily available in your region?
3) Must your budget include construction labour costs, or can your commmunity project rely on volunteer labour?

MODULAR UNITS

Although a full sized EOC house may be beyond your current budget, once the ground floor levels are complete the structure will become usuable places that can be completed as and when further funding becomes available.
