PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
1961- DESCRIPTIVE SUMMARY

Introduction
The site chosen to place the Kallari Project shows all the typical environmental features of tropical forests, with high humidity, warm breezes and lush green vegetation. The site looks superb, barely touched by human hands and invites to design a beautiful, environmentally sustainable project.

Conceptual Design
To approach this design many recent and very important environmental criteria have been considered; especially those of Permaculture practices, but also the threatening Global Warming issues, and the more worrying imminent Oil Peak consequences. These in themselves, force a redefinition of architecture and of sustainability itself. Therefore the Basic concept aims at obtaining:

A.- a design that can have A LONG, PRODUCTIVE LIFE under the chosen constructive system.

B.- a design that can be EASILY EXPANDABLE in case there is a more or less booming success on the e-biz project. It can also be downsizable.
