PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Circle City(ies) will be built within Tornado Alley, USA to address the destructive forces of any of the thousands of tornados that strike communities in that area annually. Traditionally, destroyed communities are rebuilt using stick-frame on slab techniques, inviting future destruction similar to the first. In 2007 alone 1095 tornados struck within the Alley.
