The project Bati Kay was a project made by the NGO America Solidaria, whit 3 volunteers. And 2 haitiennes engineers.
We built 50 houses and a community center in Port au Prince.

The name Bati Kay if after the phrase “build house” in the native haitienne language, Kreyol.
By the construction of those houses, we wanted to create two important tinhks.
1st. Add the concept of "Public Space" different from the "Space without owner" and incorporate a social responsibility with this new community house.
2nd.- Give the opportunity to have new activities such as English or Spanish courses, in a place designed for that.
